These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Salerna platform, operated by ZonalFit Technologies Inc. ("Salerna," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using Salerna, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

Salerna is an adaptive training platform. The platform generates personalized strength training programs using a patent-pending, rules-based algorithm that adapts to your lifecycle stage, equipment, injuries, and daily readiness.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Salerna provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice. You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking medications that affect your physical capacity.

2. Subscription Billing

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days at the plan price disclosed at checkout ($14.99/month for Charter Members, $19.99/month for Standard). Billing continues automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at the plan price disclosed at checkout ($134.99/year for Charter Members, $159.99/year for Standard, ). Annual plans offer a 33% discount compared to the monthly rate.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Salerna does not store your payment card details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan price and any applicable taxes on each billing date until you cancel.

Price Changes

Charter Members receive a lifetime-locked rate of $14.99/month (or $134.99/year) for as long as they maintain an active subscription. Standard pricing may change with 30 days' notice to affected subscribers.

3. $4.99 Full Access First Month

Salerna offers eligible new Members their first month of full access for $4.99 on the monthly subscription plan. This is a paid introductory offer, not a free trial.

• Introductory price: $4.99 for your first month of Salerna membership. You are charged $4.99 when you subscribe and receive full access immediately.

• Introductory period: The $4.99 introductory price applies to your first monthly subscription period.

• After the first month: Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard monthly membership price. Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time before your next renewal to prevent the next subscription charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you will retain access until that period ends.

• Eligibility: The $4.99 introductory offer is available only to eligible new subscribers. Eligibility may be determined by the applicable app store, payment platform, subscription history, or promotional terms.

• App Store subscriptions: If you subscribe through Apple, billing, renewal, cancellation, and introductory-offer eligibility are managed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.

• No automatic annual conversion: The introductory monthly offer renews into the standard monthly subscription unless you cancel or separately choose an annual membership option.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your Salerna subscription at any time. If you subscribed through a third-party platform, such as the Apple App Store, cancellation must be completed through that platform and is subject to its applicable subscription and billing terms.

• $4.99 introductory month: If you are eligible for the $4.99 introductory offer, you are charged $4.99 when you subscribe and receive full access immediately. You may cancel at any time during your first month to prevent renewal at the standard monthly subscription price. Cancellation does not refund the $4.99 introductory charge, and you will retain access through the end of your introductory subscription period.

• Monthly plans: Unless canceled, monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current monthly subscription price. If you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

• Annual plans: Unless canceled, annual subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current annual subscription price. If you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period and you retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of an annual subscription.

• Refunds: Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the platform through which you purchased your subscription, subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused membership time, or failure to use the Salerna service.

• App Store subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Cancellation and refund requests for those purchases are subject to Apple's applicable terms and processes.

5. Data and Privacy

Salerna's core position is that your body is not a business model. We do not sell your health data to marketers or retailers. We do not share your cycle, pregnancy, or postpartum information with advertisers or third parties. Your biology powers your programming and nothing else.

We collect only the data required to generate your adaptive programming (lifecycle stage, equipment, injuries, training history, daily readiness). Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by ZonalFit Technologies Inc.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@salerna.co.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Salerna platform, its exercise library, or its programming algorithms. The patent-pending workout generation engine, exercise library, and lifecycle-adaptive logic are proprietary to ZonalFit Technologies Inc.

You agree not to use the platform in any way that could harm other users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

Salerna provides general wellness and fitness programming. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. You use the platform at your own risk.

Strength training carries inherent physical risks. You are responsible for exercising within your capacity and following proper form. If you experience pain, injury, or unusual symptoms during training, stop and consult your healthcare provider.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
