Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for ZonalFit subscriptions, including the 14-day free trial, monthly plans, and annual plans.

$4.99 Introductory Month

Your first month of Salerna is $4.99.

When you sign up, you’ll choose the membership you want after your introductory month:

• Monthly Membership — $19.99/month

• Annual Membership — $159.99/year

Your payment method will be charged $4.99 when you join.

At the end of your first month, your membership will automatically renew on the monthly or annual plan you selected at signup, unless you cancel before your renewal date.

You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to prevent the next charge. Standard cancellation terms apply.

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@zonalfit.com.Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to ZonalFit until that date.No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you are not charged for the next period, but you are not refunded for the remaining days of the current period.

Annual Subscriptions

You can cancel an annual subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@zonalfit.com.Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You retain full access to ZonalFit until that date.No prorated refunds are issued for unused months on an annual plan. If you cancel after three months, you keep access for the remaining nine months of your term, but you do not receive a refund for those months.

Exceptions

In rare cases (duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented access to the platform), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@zonalfit.com with details.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time:Inside ZonalFit: Go to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription."By email: Send a cancellation request to hello@zonalfit.com from the email address on your account.Cancellation is effective immediately upon request. You'll receive a confirmation email and retain access through the end of your current billing period.
